RE:Black Hole

RE:Black HoleHi Retired,

Not sure how educated my guess is but not big volumes and clearly someone was chasing the shares.  The shares are indeed stupid cheap. If you take a longer view, you don't get fussed about paying a few cents more than you could have the day before.

As we know, in every transaction there is optimism and pessimism. Those parting with the shares at these prices are surely absorbing a loss and have given up hope. The buyers must believe the shares have bottomed out, the dividend is both attractive and sustainable and better results are in the offing. To put a further damper on things, it may also be some shorts covering their positions and they had made so much money they could afford to chase the price a bit.

I have mixed emotions when the shares get a bump like we saw today.  It may give false hope to the Bozo Brigade that they are on the right track.  Let's see how sustainable this price increase is and if the volumes start to pick up.
