nahh i disagree. windfall is insignificant if your a shorter on bfd. For the mid to long term holder the potential here is just as good as some of the golden triangle hits that are happening today.  This is a prime candidate for a take over at higher prices then we currently see. once the cores are released it will pop just like the yukon plays did of gtt, ggi, mts, abn, tig,atc. this is next time......the luck is here. you just dont see it yet cause your not chasing the stock price.
