Actual IFRS earnings this quarter

Actual IFRS earnings this quarter For me gross margin and ebitda are what matters most. Gross profit more than ebitda because the is a small company with a large asset and public company overhead that ultimately makes more sense to be owned by one of the obvious candidates, though I will be delighted if management executes to well enough to make that too expensive (many multiples of curr my price) or expensive enough to say "yes" and make an enormous payday for themselves. . Those are the two operation numbers that a buyer care about and he would heavily edit g@a down in settling on ebitda. . Other than operating numbers the focus will be on permitted reserves and capacity, which are clearly being valued at almost zero by the public market.

That said there were those here focused on book profitability. That will happen this quarter in my opinion.  Gross profit of 4m less 1.5 in g&a and 1m in depletion. They will also likely have a currency gain of 500k or so depending on where CAD does from here.  I don't think the number is useful for determining value here but it will be positive for the first time.

I used to to believe the exchange rate mattered. It really doesn't other than for the relatively small operational expenses at the orca site and corporate overhead. Everything else is in USD anyway.
