That is the kind of thing a PEA (Preliminary Economic Assessment) is meant to do. And they can be tough to perform because there as so, so many variables. All one million ounce deposits are not the same, not by a long shot. Just because there are 1 million ounces does not guarantee a mine. Sure, it increases your chances greatly, but it is not a lock. There is more work to do at TPW.
