RE:So... the China Deal... let's discussAnother question I have: SRAM acquired a ChInese pharmaceutical company that will serve as the development platform and will be taking lead on CKD.

What does this mean?  Do they already have the rights for CKD in China? If they are taking lead on CKD, does that mean a deal is already in place or did we just give away the rights for CKD in China?
