RE:Next Assays .....I would've made a big bet that last Thursday should have been the day along with the closing of the financing so obviously I was wrong.
I'm thinking tomorrow morning now, if not then the next day, if not then the next day etc etc. In other words imminent.
One thing I did find interesting were the disclosures in the closing party with respect to "interested parties". For those less inclined with the legal jargon interested parties = insiders. Anyways the disclosure seems to purport that the company received no assays back during the period from the announcement of to the closing of the financing.
Planning holes in a drill plan is dependent on feedback (assays) so I really hope they didn't waste three weeks and just sit on their hands waiting for the financing to close so that two insiders could buy a total of $50k worth of stock. But I guess it is possible that they instructed the Lab to hold back the assays and report them all in a single batch hopefully on Thursday or Friday, again making tomorrow morning the day. Let's hope we wake up to a halt tomorrow AM.
Anyways, here is the disclosure they gave, make of it as you will:
As insiders of the Company participated in the Offering, it is deemed to be a “related party transaction” as defined under Multilateral Instrument 61-101—Protection of Minority Security Holders in Special Transactions (“MI 61-101”). Each common share of the Company provides the holder with the right to one vote per common share. The Private Placement was unanimously approved by the directors of the Company. Other than the subscription agreements between the aforementioned insiders and the Company relating to the issuance of the common shares pursuant to the Offering, the Company has not entered into any agreement with an interested party or a joint actor with an interested party in connection with the Offering.
Neither the Company, nor to the knowledge of the Company after reasonable inquiry, a related party, has knowledge of any material information concerning the Company or its securities that has not been generally disclosed. sanddevil wrote: What is realistic expectation for next assays ?
