The Los Ricos property is made up of 45 concessions and covers over 25,000 hectares, which is located roughly 100 km northwest of the city of Guadalajara and is easily accessible by paved road.

Here is what I don't get about some of these small caps. They get a few million out of compliance. I have never seen one coming to the stock holders and ask them to buy equity. Sometimes to very large holders but never the rank and file. The only time I see anything close is afterwards they offer smaller investors the same deal the largest ones take. Is there a law against this. I would have bought into a couple that ended up taking horrible buyouts or massive dilution on bad terms. I hope that there is a good deal on the table. Seems every deal management looks after themselves and we hope it is also good for us.
