Moving the rock is likely the biggest expense but you still have to process it to extract the U3O8...that is not free. Suspect it is one of the lower cost producers but at grades of <0.05 you have to process a lot of material. Difficult to say what production costs are per metal with these poly-metallic mines. Some of the Arrow grades are 25% U3O8 so you need to move and process a whole lot less rock.
