I find it hard to believe that old time managers are still employed by this company . The mandate of a public company is not to fund a defined benefit pension plan . There are only going to be 2 ways for the share price to increase , both of which currently seem unlikely . 1) An increase in the dividend , which would indicate increased profitability 2) Takeover - this is highly unlikely with this group .
