Invest in edible chocolate? Not me!It is nice of the resident EAT nitwit to continually display his peanis envy of TNY. To be honest, if I was him I would probably be bitter as well. However that is not why I am posting this note.
Anyone performing proper DD on MJ products and stocks should be aware of the competition that there investment is up against and what is the presumed margins for profitability.
I have purchaced and consumed an edible chocolate bar product (bought in Canada) that has 300 mg of THC broken into 5 pieces. Trust me 1/2 of a piece is enough to get you into lala land. The price of this infused chocolate bar is $15. Seeing that 1 chocolate bar can be broken into 10-30 MG pieces, that means that my 1 trip to lala land cost me a mere $1,50
The problem with edible chocolates is two fold----------there is massive competition because anyone with their Grandmothers recipe for chocolate and a little knowledge of infusing THC into melted chocolate can be into business. There will be 100's of chocolate edible Companies fighting over pitiful profit margins. Not a good investement unless you are first to market.
Now compare that with a Tinley Margarita that has a mere 15 MG THC and sells for $4.00 + per bottle. Consuming more than 1 beverage per outing will be the norm as 15 MG of THC will only be an appetiser. The profit margin will be enormous and the competition will be minimal to not-at-all. Imagine millions of patrons substituting their hangover producing alcoholic beverage for a gentle THC buzz and you get the picture that the potential profits from TNY could/should be massive.
I think that this resting period for stock trading will get heated in very short order. Good time to add some more shares!
