Thanks so much for posting that article on China pricing of graphite and the price hike announcement ... I did not know the Chinese participate in overt price fixing ... so not only does America current not produce its own, but it is held hostage by Chinese cartels? The sooner CSPG is up and running, the better for America!
Jixi graphite producers join forces to hike prices

Seven producers issued a joint statement notifying their customers of a mutually-agreed increase in prices, citing rising costs and low mine supply. Separately, domestic customers resorted to import graphite from Africa.
Graphite producers in Jixi city, in China’s south-eastern Heilongjiang province, came together to announce a mutually-agreed increase in graphite prices, which they said was needed on the back of fast-rising costs affecting operations.
