while it certainly didn't help, i don't think he sold in anticipation of CMS amending the GI screening codes. if you look at insider holdings, CRH management remains very heavily invested here. it is in their best interest to guide the stock price upwards.
also note that the CFO Richard Bear was part of the management team that sold ID Biomedical to Glaxo for a nice premium in 2005. you can bet they are looking to grow this company and do the same thing again. there is a big opportunity for them to acquire GI anesthesia clinics at a 4X-5X multiple and roll them up into an entity which *should* be trading at a 10X+ multiple.
