Texas Mineral Resources Corp. is an exploration stage mining company. The Company is primarily focused on developing and commercializing, along with its joint venture operating partner USA Rare Earth LLC, the Round Top Mountain Development, LLC (Round Top) heavy-rare earth, technology metals, and industrial minerals project located in Hudspeth County, Texas.
