Cost of CEO and US energy

Cost of CEO and US energy

I calculated all the transaction CEO made during the last few years .
Found his cost is around 20 cents a share 
Which means he is losing 75% up to now
I want to know why he is ok to take paper loss like this?
Also US energy contribute property for shares cost was at 25 cents a share
now losing 80% so far
Will CEO participate in this incentive warrant excercise?

Will US energy also buy 1.6 times share more this time? Does US energy has that amount of money?
