Have no idea regarding the SP, but I would surmise unless things are solved quickly (i.e. by the deadline) the company will have to report the news the market. Based on the momentum of the stock, I would say the odds are far greater the share price would decline than rise. That is is JMHO.

I sold the last of my Tahoe position today, and as it was one of my core miners took a significant realized loss in the process. I bought the company because of the phenomenal silver resources and the monthly dividend. The growth of the other assets was the icing on the cake. I sold not because I think the SP can't go lower/higher in the days and weeks ahead, it's because all the principle reasons I bought have either been hindered significantly, or outright eliminated. I am not a buyer even at these levels, at least not until we have some clarity as it pertains to Escobal. I know the company has a ton of cash and available revolving credit line, so I hope they're able to fix things ASAP.
