RE:Ontario Superior Court Order

RE:Ontario Superior Court OrderPretty self serving response there Typhoon!  The ASC did NOT just recently become aware of the lawsuit.  I was in contact with the ASC several months ago and they were aware of it then.  They have been monitoring message boards ever since GNO applied for lifting of the CTO.

Your understanding that a director of corporations will need to approve  a move is false.

Dont confuse corporate governance requirements by an exchange with the ability to operate a business in any jurisdiction of its choosing.  The ASC has told me that GNO could freely conduct its business regardless of what the ASC rules.  The ASC only has the jurisdiction on ability to be a listed public company in Aberta.
