I am thinking that would be CEO Ric Rumble! Can't pass up a steal of a deal, and the opportunity to put his own money up to better align himself with other shareholders! That is a vote of confidence!

I hope the company does not respond to this ludicrous, misinformed, and purely manipulative short rag, as this will just feed into the unethical game these guys want to play.
