I once said that BITCF was the best in the field because of the dividend they plan on giving shareholders. Well it seems ( I'm not 100% sure) that the SEC has ended those plans. Today BITCF has been given a temporary suspension and I'm guessing this is the reason why. They had planned on being the first to offer alt-coins dividends (Tesla coins). Note: Telsa Coins took a hit today.
The SEC oversees dividends and giving out alt coins would further ligitimize the cryptocoins. The SEC is all about control and this is a measure of gaining some back.

The good news is that this is great for BTSC because it's very bad for BITCF. Looking at the stock price today you'd never know it. Truth is PPl (like myself) don't really know what is behind the suspension. But if I'm correct we are going to rock and BITCF will crater.
