when PE/Pure Energy optioned the Argentina properties with big dollar commitments....CEO is busy spinning his wheels, Pure will die on the vine, all promises, and no follow thru-delay after delay after delay.....and now Pure Energy/Patrick High-Smith is a former JV partner of Cypress....bye bye...adios
