Again almost a year later?

Again almost a year later?Last fall I rode THC from .11 to 1.30 on "license news", then there was some confusion whether they actually got it or not (anyone remember the photoshopped fake news?). I never stuck around to find out what happened and moved my $ elsewhere. Now I see they got their license again haha. Can someone fill me in on what happened from the first license news last fall, to this license news now? Do they actually have it this time? More importantly, what happened last fall with the license confusion?
