must be trying to figure out how they going to raise the money to pay for their annouced  FS....more shares in a bought deal at .12 cents with 1/2 warrants..????
or do the right thing an offer all existing shareholder the right to purchase the same amount of share they own at 12 cents and give them a full warrant.... then if you do not have the cash then go the bought deal route..
