Ownership
Keep in mind that management not only manages the company, but they also own a majority interest in the company.  They kind of can do whatever they want with the company.   I am going to guess that this is type ofd ownership is not an attractive option for large investors.  I think this this might also keep them away. 


Numerous money managers on BNN have stated they like to invest in a company whose management owns a lot of shares. They have a lot to lose/gain!
