The degree of success has no correlation to stock price, but to the evidence which is growing with the immediate departure of the CFO. What the stock price is telling us is the following:
  • The likelihood of legal action is correlated to the %price discount with respect to book or break-up value which you clearly highlighted, and/or
  • Bisha is effectively worthless, and/or
  • Timok is likely not as valuable as the original PEA stated.
