(initiating) was the wrong choice of words. I should have said.
 
I can't imagine AGP Mining (proceeding) with the study without the assurance  of getting paid.
Regarding how long it will take. 18 months would be a drag. I am hoping 6 to 8 months. I mentioned in an earlier post that FS for Mason Graphite took only 6 months.
