From the Recent Ellis Martin Report Interview w Don Baxter

From the Recent Ellis Martin Report Interview w Don BaxterMartin: So what does the automotive industry look for you as far as possible offtake or possible client of Alabama Graphite down the road?

Baxter: We are dealing with a few car manufacturers and quite frankly to my knowledge every single car company out there now has an EV or at least an HEV and I think we're seeing that momentum growing and I think a lot of these companies now are realizing that there is a growing issue in sourcing materials for the onset of this massive demand growing for lithium ion batteries.

Martin: Now, let's talk about the share structure of the company and the potential advantage of getting involved now if that's your choice.

Baxter: As any CEO would say, I think we are tremendously undervalued now - we're sitting at Canadian dollars at 14 cents when you see some of our peers which are sitting at ten times that and I think the market is just starting to realize what we are doing and how advanced we are technically and I think our valuation will catch up to that relatively soon.

Martin: I remember some of these lithium and cobalt stocks when they were 15/20 cents not too long ago, maybe a year or a year and a half ago.

Baxter: Indeed. And we watched that. We compare ourselves with our technical capabilities in comparison to some of these companies and we realize there is a lot more substance in Alabama Graphite than there is in some of these lithium companies so we've proven what we can do. We are making more and more material and we're growing our list of companies we are giving supplies to -both DoD contractors and non-DOD - and we are starting to get more recognized. As we has put out our information - news release on some of the advances we have done, people are calling us up wanting more information on that. The best example is one of our most recent news releases was where we've taken our coated spherical graphite - we've added a sprinkling of silicon and that has taken the performance of that graphite to beyond its theoretical limits - so that makes the phone ring and there are some typical household names that your audience would recognize where unfortunately we are not allowed to speak of them loudly - but pretty soon, when the market realizes that we are dealing with some of these high level companies that I think that, as you say, that multiple in our share price is just around the corner.
