I optioned out half holding to pick up some option premium and will sit on the other half. If it hits mid teens, the option gets realized and I still hold half. Great value play. The HBC realestate is just too rich. Especially Manhattan. Brick and mortar is going the way of the Dodo bird. However this Dodo is sitting on a golden egg.
