And even if that statement is loosely interpreted as before markets open on Monday 8/28, that gives a 24 hour clock starting in a few minues. Fans of the 24 TV series can hear the "beep...beep...beep...beep" show sound effect ringing in their heads. Except I don't see Keifer Sutherland cast as DM......maybe Donal Sutherland though. LOL.
