One more thing, I Am sure you didn't miss the comment about Keyera in the BBI presentation. After reading Tomsie's post I was a little taken that I. Missed such a comment in the presentation that I went back and reviewed what was presented and uploaded at the conference last week and Noticed it was not there. (I saved the presentation in iBooks so it was easy to review).
This was just added and not briefed. This leads me to believe this was the reason for the sp increase and not a letter from Katusa. I am curious to how and why this was disclosed so nonchalantly with no fanfare.
Did someone from BBI release information they shouldn't and BBI was forced to disclose this information To the public, but prematurely? Total speculation here but did katusa release this letter as a decoy for the sp increase. Like I said total conspiracy theory here. Just odd timing.
