Clean house?Does anyone else out there besides me ponder whether a new BoD might help this company? When you think about it, much of the existing BoD consists of long time legacy Mountain Province founders and board members who have been around for maybe far too long. Check out their track records - oh, you ask, what track records? They may be out of their depth. Evans took the fall, and the BoD escaped unscathed, which is totally wrong, IMHO, considering that it's the BoD that sets policy direction and approves major contracts like bank financing. Methinks the BoD could use some freshening up. Here's hoping that the recruitment of a new, full time CEO is accompanied by changes at the BoD level.
