Future sourceOne future source which is used very little today is tidal water.  Tides are more predictable than wind or solar, but today, but for a few locations, are not deemed economically feasible.   I agree coal is not a long term solution to energy needs, is environmentally bad, and is not renewable.  Trump played it as a political card, but the number of jobs in coal today in the USA is minimal.
