RE:Pre bid What's the upside from here? 5 bagger? 10 bagger? I don't know. I look back at 30 years of spec investing in the juniors and my big winners all have 3 things in common. Management has to have had at least a 5 bagger or two in previous deals. Let's see some big winners on their resumes! They also have to have big ownership stakes in the company. I want them to win big if they hit big. I want them on my side of this deal. Too many of these junior management teams only own a tiny bit of stock but get paid big salaries. I want to see that the other way around. I want management to get paid little salaries but own big chunks of stock. Then you know they are going to do what's in my best interests as a shareholder. Lastly they have to be doing work on projects that have the potential to give the market what it wants to see. That's it. My 3 simple rules. Back winners that owns lots of stock working great projects. Simple. Not many of these around these days. One i have been buying a bit of is westhavenventures.com. The president has had stocks go from 50 cents to 50 bucks and other guys in management have had some big winners too. They own nearly 50 percent of the stock outstanding too so you know they'll do what it takes to get the price flying. They also are working gold properties that have the potential to give the market some big gold grades which is what the market wants. Worth taking a look at. Or not. Looks good to me. Happy hunting and here's to 10 baggers!
