The Subsidiary has identified deposits of aggregate along the route and made an application for approximately 32 aggregate extraction permits.

Doggy, this is the most ridiculous thing that you've ever posted.  "Tests are probably all done."  What, did Frank sneak up to the Ring this past winter on snowshoes and carry out the ore to do a bulk commercial sample?

The longest shareholder in the Ring needs to be prepared to wait a lot longer.  The "Golden Patent" isn't a reality yet.  And may not be for a few more years.
