RE:Something fishy going on ????I saw this happen one time before. Someone was using a trading program designed to sell a set amount of shares by end of day. The program tries to get as good a price as it can but it's primary mandate is to liquidate those shares by end of day.
The program stages a small block of shares at an ask and if not taken, the ask drops every minute or so until it hits a bid. This process is repeated until all shares have been sold. Lucky for this seller that there was a buyer at $.30.
It appears to me that a shareholder must have had to raise some funds by month end.
Brighter days ahead!
