RE:More outside work when the office lights should be out

RE:More outside work when the office lights should be out Yup. Interesting research, 2investor. I don't mind the CEO splitting his time among several part-time CEO and director gigs. Gotta keep his mind and creative juices occupied. Heaven knows there's nowhere near a full time job running the passive investments of Terraco. As far as how his time and office expenses are allocated among the various companies, that would be a good question to ask him, either by the email link on the company home page, or in person at a later annual meeting. Even though it is small potatos, together with the freebie warrant extension(s?), it can serve as a sore reminder of some corporate cronyism.

Still, all in all, I think that there is excellent strategic management and modestly acceptable corporate governance for a company this size. I also think that we are beginning to see market forces acting favorably for a change. While December will probably be too early to cut and run if the share price is still dragging bottom, I think 2018 will shape up well. I'm not predicting a Waterton production or sale decision necessarily in the next year, but I fully expect the market to push up the Terraco share price significantly in anticipation of such a decision.
