2nd POINT) read what made the expense.. a OTE One time Expense for Salaries of approx $1 Mill. 
3 Point -- Go read the M&A.. if financials were so easy to read just to go look at net income then we dont need professioanls ... so there is more to understand.  
4) all the catalysts over Q2 have not reflected yet and will show in Q3 results (like WEPAY) willbe HUGE

4) Markets shold like this tomorrow.. IMO
