If you knew the real price of silver is over $1000and THO had the 3rd largerst silver mine in the world,

what length would powerful interests go to, to pressure governments by any
means possible, (like world environmental groups, now armed by UN
recommended indigenous guidelines to be followed in all nations of the world),
to get companies out of small interests hands, into big interests hands?
Then all the environmental pressures go away?

'The Amount Of Dollars In Existence Relative To The
Silver Price Points To Much Higher Prices'
Note that the ratio, or price of silver, in terms of US dollars in existence, is
indeed at its all-time 100-year low.
In 1980, the all-time high was 0.361, whereas the ratio is currently at around
0.004. The US monetary base is currently around 3 946 billion dollars (or
3.946 trillion). Therefore, if silver was today at its 1980 value, relative to the
monetary base, it would be around $1 424 (3946*0.361).
So, in terms of US dollars in existence, silver is trading at 1.19% (17/1424)
of its 1980 high – it is the bargain of the century.
There are many signs that point to the fact that the silver price is about to
correct this situation, by spiking much higher. This will come about with a lot
of financial pain, as I have pointed out on various occasions, especially since
it will come with a massive debt collapse."

Someone posted this link that THO is doing all it can do to make compensations
for environmental negatives to the environment. Yet the world environmental
organization CALAS doesn't think that is enough. Only closing down the mine
is enough.
So what is really going on?

'Callous CALAS activists against the poor'
By Paul Driessen —— Bio and Archives August 28, 2017
https://canadafreepress.com/article/callous-calas-activists-against-the-poor#.WaOJebGVGr8.email "The deck was stacked. The well-funded and coordinated agitators behind
the (environmental group CALAS) consultas, (consultations) had no interest
in ensuring that local people were actually consulted and given opportunities
to learn the facts. Their goal was and is to block mining projects, regardless
of how many jobs would be created, living standards improved, and health,
safety and environmental safeguards implemented by mining operators."
To me, it sounds like the people behind this article have the right tactics and
info to fight the case in Guatemala courts, for THO, on the wrong doings by
CALAS in rigging the consultations, and to foment constant road blocks the
past 4 years or so.
In fact a counter lawsuit against CALAS could easily be made and carried out.
