So far today's trading has the hallmarks of insider trading - insiders not of the 10%+ holders variety, but buying by individuals who know what's coming up and the value of what they are buying. Such buyers typically don't worry about getting the best price, they understand their trades will be profitable shortly so buy on the ask.
Today's 12K buy at $CDN 0.275 was an impatient trade, the ask price is $0.27 as I post - but insiders typically don't bother about $0.005's. You see the same behavious today in CNSNF, 10K traded on the $USD 0.22 ask,
