So, it is shorts, now it is clear. If not directly, they are at least the trigger.
On a cautious side, occasionally, shorts knows (through investigations) that something fishy is going on. It is very unlikely here, too small of the target and it seems that we are waiting straght forward results.
Now it is more clear.
