RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:future doesn't look bright for CCOOne of the key reasons I bought (and continue to buy) nxe is its board of directors. One of the principles Warren Buffet uses to invest.
There is a wealth of experience in developing and permitting Uranium mines specifically and these guys know the ropes. Also consider this: the Arrow development has gone from nothing to the worlds best Uranium deposit in less than 4 years. To do that takes experience. So I have no doubty that getting this mine into production cost effectively will take much less time than people anticipate. The longest time will be approval of the CNSC but the stumbling block there is often tailings ponds and their maintenance. It is duly noted that Arrow will reinject waste material back into the mine whiuch minimises the use of tailings ponds.
I will suggest 2023 for the first phase of this mine. But I might be surprised either way.
Bottom line this will be a money maker much sooner than we (or the broader market) thinks and that means good profits for early investors like us.Probably not such good news for Canmco but quite sure they will survive because they have a diverse income stream. NXE will probably get there but 2030 before they are serious competition for CCO I would say.
