Witwatersrand and Karratha

Witwatersrand and KarrathaIt is well known that the Witwatersrand contains both gold and uranium. One model is that the uranium was deposited detritally, before the oxyatmoversion. I am wondering if Purdy's Reward, Beatons Creek, and Comet Wells have been checked for radioactivity? I have virtually no interest in uranium, but two items are of interest. (1) If the Karratha prospects are radioactive, that would add weight to Dr Hennigh's model that Karratha is Witswatersrand II. (2) If the Karratha projects are radioactive, then prospecting using ground based and / or airborne radiometrics might be another prospecting and exploration tool.
