Rarely do companies exercise their accelerated expiry clause as it would tank the stock, especially a stock with a share structure like UMB. Saying that, I have no idea if this company would do so. IMO, this stock will be at .50 by December as long as legalization stays on track and the warrant holders will be motived to exercise the warrants, regardless.
