Trouble is most people who lost their veichles don't have flood insurance
Will they be replacing veichles that are brand new , while they are scrambling to repair their homes
I say they take the cheque and buy used

Personally Ford vs GM , I drive Fords but as a stock I don't like either
Ford has been flat since it bounced back from 5 back in 08
