What's Verticalscope worth ? Any ideas

What's Verticalscope worth ? Any ideasI have no idea if this division of Torstar is worth a lot or absolutely nothing . The market cap of Torstar is just over 100 million and they paid about 180 million for Verticalscope . Do the math ! I have never seen it advertised in the Toronto Star , any Metroland media paper or anywhere else . Does anyone have an opinion of this Torstar investment ? The current share price of Torstar is saying that things are not going well at all . But then again , What's new ?
