Buying at prices below Tang Hao

Buying at prices below Tang HaoAdding some today mid 20's...
Unless there is a negative surprise coming (implied by no news sell-off past few days) it seems like a good price to add. Would hate to think this ship is still "news leaky" ex-Baazov??
Possibility for sell-off:
-Negative ruling Kentucky appeal coming?
-Dumping of shares from Baazov and other ex-execs not accounted for?
-A pending acquisition market will not like at this time adding more debt to service?
