RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE: All weather road.....,The problem with a road is that  once it is given away, the first owner is stll on the hook for the maintence and up keep of the road. Still liable for the people that use it. It happened In Rankin when the army came in and built a bridge across a small river as a favor for the community. Every spring it would be washed out and the Army had to came in and repair it year after year. Till Finally  Anico Eagle step up to the plate and built another bigger and better bridge. Now the public demands that the company pave the private road on account of all the dust.  They (hunters) demand that they be able to use the road since it was built on their ancestral hunting trails. Any way once a project is finished, the land has to be restored to it's original state. That goes for the mine site and roads; or else keep them in a safe condition for the public to use. A pernament all weather road will end up haunting Perigrine long after the diamonds are gone.
