Thank you for the reply and links. I take some comfort in the fact that the proceeds of the sale will cover about half of their debt load.

Although the article said the proceeds would be used in part to reduce it's 2.2 billion debt load.
The Cott website states they are looking for tuck in acquisitions and larger scale deals should the opportunity present itself.
