So what is the exact definition of an insider. A member of the board, yes. A shareholder? A bank giving a loan?
And how much time does an insider have to report inside trades? and is the lenders who's capital will be converted in our case an insider?
perhaps you have the answer on these questions. Bottomly not that important since we can't influence it anyway but would be nice to now.
