RE:CNSNF/CEM has an institutional investor!
Does anyone know anything about Frontier Investment Management.? They are not the first institutional shareholder, that honor belongs to Tom Kaplan's Electrum Group which bought 1million shares of Constantine from CGD in 2015.

The 9.5% of stock held by Frontier Investment Mgmt. makes them the second largest shareholder after Tognetti, and significantly reduces the share float. Insider ownership in the Corporate Presentation is given as 26%, but taking into account Tognetti's recent purchases and the 9.5% ownership by F.I.M reduces the float to about 75million by my calculation. It is a fortunate coincidence that the reduced float is occuring at a time of the most exciting exploration results in the company's history.
