RE:ReRe: Patience

RE:ReRe: Patience No reputable professional will seat in our president's chair at this point, unless we give them a hefty package, therefore that idea is really not something we want.
We do want an independent board and the ability for them to eventually nominate a new CEO if the new management suddenly acquire a taste and interest to run BFD as an exploration company and not just sit there and wait for their compensation packages on the takeover but honestly we might be too late for that as well.
Osk will raise their $80m and maybe some more at the average of $5.50 which is about 17-20% higher than what their stock was trading at , that alone put an excess of $11m-$12 on their pockets, all their chips are in so the takeover is imminent and we most likely won't like the number we see, we will have a very small window to get ourselves organized and demand a better price. you raise an excellent point though why wouldn't they have done already and over the summer when things get pushed through, let's say with less resistance. I think there are some truth to their statement that they are reevaluating the area and the fact that they double their drillings is prof of it, it is very interesting that they highlighted the north east area on the windfall, since that was the first area we drilled when all of us here with half a brain would have drilled that one last. We are in a common-law relationship with Osk and I expect them to propose before the end of the month but the bride not always gets the ring they want. Maybe we should put a picture of the ring we want on the counter as a hint :). Jokes apart good lucky to all, it was certainly a learning experience.
