Being the joker I know a thing or two about psychiatry. Please get back on your meds (lithium, clozapine, olanzapine whatever its is)
You know how this plays out when you stop taking your meds. The psychosis progresses until you lose all sense of reality. You end up tied down in an ER psych bed getting IM injections for 2-3 days and then your admitted to the psych floor where they know you well.
Do yourself (and everyone else) a favour and try and loose control in the next few hours so the professionals can take care of you and we can have some peace.
